Villa at Stony Woods Estate near Asheville

Stony Woods Estate was absolutely breathtaking and the most perfect setting for our wedding day. The property is stunning in every way and provided the dreamiest backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Steve and Kim were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They were kind, attentive, and truly made the entire planning process and wedding day feel easy and supported. Their care and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything they did to help make our day run smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a better team to work with. We would highly recommend Stony Woods Estate to any couple looking for a truly magical place to get married!

Our experience with Kim and Steve at Stony Woods exceeded our expectations. They both were very responsive before and during our wedding and made sure that we had everything we needed. The property is absolutely beautiful and perfect if you are looking to have an intimate, intentional wedding with your closest family and friends. I couldn't recommend Stony Woods more and am so happy that we found this place for our special day!!

Our family had a great experience and a very happy holiday at this rental home. Positive: The rental felt like home as soon as we arrived for the Thanksgiving holiday. We had plenty of space for our family and everyone enjoyed themselves all week. Everything was well labeled in the kitchen, which greatly helped in our holiday dinner prep! The house was clean and had everything we needed. One of the owners even stopped by to wish us a Happy Thanksgiving and to see if we needed anything. We loved our experience and would definitely stay again. Negative: It is a little farther away from some of the places we had planned to visit, but we made it work.

Kim and Steve, we were truly in awe of what you’ve built at Stony. Literal dream! We could not have asked for a better week and wedding! The hospitality, preparation, execution, and location is unmatched. It was so magical and stress-free for us, we can’t thank you enough for accommodating our day, family and friends. We’ll be back for a stay in one of the treehouses next time we’re in the area!

Our wedding and weekend stay at Stony Woods was absolutely perfect. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking and made for the best pictures. The Villa is also beautiful and fit my husbands and I’s families. Kim is very quick to respond to all emails and answer any questions. I’d definitely recommend.
